Within the Group, we have companies specialising in the supply of steel and the manufacture of reinforced concrete reinforcement, amongst other activities. This structure enables us to ensure timely and reliable supplies, reducing reliance on external suppliers and optimising completion times.
In addition, we have our own facilities covering more than 12,000 m², used for the storage, maintenance and management of a wide range of auxiliary equipment, machinery and tools, all of which are owned by the company.
These resources include, in particular:
- A fleet of tower cranes, as we are authorised installers.
- Formwork systems.
- On-site facilities such as site huts, storage units and ancillary facilities.

Altamira Constructora has a multidisciplinary Research Department comprising specialists with extensive experience in both the preparation of studies and tenders and the actual execution of construction works. This combination of expertise enables the firm to approach each project with a comprehensive, practical and realistic perspective right from the outset.
The hands-on site experience of the engineers in our Design Department gives our proposals a distinct advantage, as it enables us to anticipate construction solutions, optimise technical approaches and significantly reduce the occurrence of unforeseen issues during the build. This approach results in more robust, tailored and viable proposals.
The Design Department operates by specialist areas, with a particular focus on Structural Engineering and Residential Construction, liaising closely with the production, cost and procurement teams. This integrated approach ensures technical and financial consistency, guaranteeing that every project is planned with the utmost attention to detail and control before it goes into production.
